He did his B.Sc., from Andhra University, Chemical Engineering from Institute of Engineers, Kolkata, M.Sc. (Environmental Science) from Sikkim Manipal University, M.Phil. (Environmental Science) from Global Open University and Ph.D. (Environmental Science) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, India. He is the founder of Environmental, Health & Safety Consulting company REST Pvt Ltd, Vijjeswaram, (2017), which is one of the top 500 Start-up award winner (2019) company (India).
He has Indian Patent No. 411812 for his PhD work, “An advanced feed forward control system and method to reduce soot from steam assisted flares”. This new concept will be used to minimize black smoke from flare stacks in oil & gas industries. He has contributed extensive burner design and testing of process fired heater performance at John-Zink Test facility, Luxemburg.
He has 26 years of operational experience in Fertilizers, Oil & Gas industries in India and overseas. Operational experience in Raw water treatment, DM water treatment, Effluent treatment, Sewage treatment, Cooling Towers Operation, Ammonia refrigeration operation, High Pressure boilers operation, Mark-V and frame-IX Gas Turbine Operation, HRSG with Combined Cycle Power Plant. Ammonia Plant Operation. Commissioning experience of World’s first commercial GTL industry, in Qatar. Commissioning experience of World biggest Air Compressor (MAN TURBO), Capacity of 580,000Nm3/hr., Auto Thermal Reformer (HALDER TOPSOE) & Synthesis Gas Unit. Active participation in HAZOP and Risk Assessments in Production Department. Conducted several Safety Reviews for Production related MOCs.
