Ha Manh Bui was born in Kien Giang Province, Vietnam on August 31, 1982. He received his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Dayeh Unviersity, Taiwan (R.O.C) in 2014, subsequent to completion of a M.E. and B.S. in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry from University of Natural Science and Institute for Environment and Resources, Viet Nam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, respectively. He also received BL and MSTAT from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh city in 2015 and 2022, respectively. Prior to starting as Head of Division of Environmental Engineering Technology at Department of Environmental Science, Saigon University, he conducted two-year experts as Deputy of R&D Department of Development technology and environment Asia Company (Asia Company) and two –year researcher at Institute for Environment and Resources. His educational and professional background is in water quality, treatment and reuse – especially via the application of environmental chemistry principles such as electron beam, cold plasma or Fenton reaction. He has published more than 70 ISI covered papers in the field of environmental sciences and organic chemistry. Outside of work, Ha enjoys soccer, boxing, traveling and instrumental music.
